Emily Cubbage is a seasoned UX researcher with a background in product management and innovation. Currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at Toast since March 2022, Emily focuses on integrating feedback from restaurant stakeholders into product design, particularly within Payroll and Payment lines. Previously, Emily held the role of Senior Product Owner at Sidecar, translating innovation initiatives into user stories and leading user feedback sessions for the Sidecar Connect platform. Emily's early experience includes being a 2018 Venture For America Fellow, working as a Product & Project Manager at PatientWing, and interning at C-Crete Technologies and Fannin Innovation Studio. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from the University of Virginia and a Master of Science in Nanoscale Physics from Rice University.
