Jake Kosseff

Jake Kosseff is a seasoned professional in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as a Senior Account Executive at Toast since February 2022, where responsibilities include assisting restaurants and food retailers in optimizing their operations through tailored technology solutions. Previous roles include General Manager at Tavistock Restaurant Collection's CANVAS Restaurant and Market and ZED451, as well as Business Owner of Miller's Guild, a collaboration with a James Beard Award-winning chef. Jake has also founded and led the critically acclaimed restaurant Circadia and served as Director of Operations for Wild Ginger/The Triple Door. With a Bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from St. John's College, Jake has extensive experience in operational management, strategic planning, and beverage program development across various esteemed establishments.
