James Han

James Han is a seasoned professional in corporate development, business operations, and strategy leadership, currently serving as the VP of Corporate Development and Strategy at Toast. They previously held various strategic roles, including Director of Strategy & Operations at DoorDash and Regional General Manager at Square, where they consistently drove significant growth and operational success. With a robust background in consulting from Mercer and Bain, and additional experience as a Kiva Fellow, James has contributed to impactful strategic initiatives across numerous organizations. They hold a BA in Psychology and Communications from UCLA, along with dual master's degrees in Engineering Management and an MBA in Management and Strategy from Northwestern University.
