Jaron Liu, CPA, is a Technical Accounting Manager at Toast Inc., leveraging over 7 years of experience in both technical and operational accounting with a strong foundation in U.S. GAAP. Previously, Jaron held critical roles at Citi, where they reviewed SEC disclosures and provided accounting policy guidance, and at Goldman Sachs, managing equity compensation accounting and compliance. They also served as a Technical Accounting Supervisor at Verisk, where Jaron implemented lease accounting standards and contributed to various M&A transactions. Jaron started their career as an Assurance Associate at EY, conducting audits for numerous public companies. Currently, Jaron is pursuing a degree at the University of Maryland College Park.
