John Solaro is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in user experience (UX), product design, and innovation across notable companies. From September 2014 to July 2016, John served as the Head of Xbox Design Studio at Microsoft, where leadership in design and product development was exemplified. Following this role, John was Vice President of Design at The Walt Disney Company from July 2016 to December 2018, overseeing user experience and product innovation. John further advanced to Google as Director of UX for Search Verticals from September 2021 to January 2024.
