Julia Binder

Julia Binder (Shaw) is an empathetic and analytical leader currently serving as the Senior Director of CX Strategy & Analytics at Toast, where they drive strategy and measurement initiatives for the newly formed Customer Experience team. Previously, Julia established a rigorous insights practice as the Senior Director of Customer Insights at Toast and represented consumer voices as the Consumer Insights Lead at Sungevity. With extensive experience in user research and experience design, Julia has held pivotal roles at Nike, including Director of Global UX Research, where they grew the research team and fostered a consumer-centric culture. Julia's academic background includes a B.A. in Sociology and French from Wellesley College.
