Julia Rivera

Julia Rivera is an experienced onboarding consultant currently working at Toast since March 2023, and serves as the business owner and designer for Julia Rivera Design, a small business focused on creative solutions and hand-made goods since June 2015. Previously, Julia held positions as a business development representative at Revel Systems and as a sales development representative at Lombardo's, where significant contributions included managing client relationships and enhancing team productivity in hospitality settings. With a breadth of experience in restaurant operations and design, Julia also worked in various roles at The Pressroom Restaurant and The Milton Restaurant, focusing on marketing, operational efficiency, and staff training. Julia's early career includes internships in art direction and design, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design and Creative Writing from the Maryland Institute College of Art.
