Laina Crosby

Laina Crosby is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in technology and digital products. Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Toast, Laina leads the development of a labor management product designed for restaurant operators and employees. Prior to this role, Laina was a Digital Product Manager at Nike, focusing on motivation and loyalty features for the Nike Running Club and Nike Training Club apps. Laina's previous experience includes a Digital Product Management MBA internship at Nike, as well as progressive roles at NextRoll, Inc., including Senior Project Manager and Account Manager, where the emphasis was on internal tools, revenue operations, and campaign optimization.
