Lora Miller

Lora Miller is an experienced onboarding consultant currently working at Toast since November 2020, where roles have included Onboarding Consultant III and various positions in the Enterprise and MLM Menu sectors, all aimed at enhancing customer success in the restaurant technology space. Prior to Toast, Lora Miller worked at Marriott International for over a decade, serving as Senior Supervisor for the Best Rate Guarantee program and as a Guest Experience Supervisor, managing escalated claim inquiries and resolving guest concerns globally. Earlier experience includes a role as a Training Assistant at Omaha Steaks. Lora Miller's educational background includes recent studies at Metropolitan Community College, a degree from the University of Nebraska at Kearney, and a high school diploma from Columbus High School.
