Mapolo Buessing is a seasoned product management professional with extensive experience in leading product teams and developing innovative solutions in the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as Principal Product Manager at Toast since June 2025, Mapolo previously held the position of Head of Product at Meeko Health and Director of Product at Charlie Health, where leadership of a 30-person product development team led to significant improvements in clinical documentation processes.
