Michelle Hatcher

Michelle Hatcher is a customer-driven technology leader currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Toast, where they lead a cross-functional team to create impactful learning experiences for the restaurant and hospitality industry. Prior to this role, Michelle held various positions at Toast, including Education Coordinator and Senior Manager of Customer Education, demonstrating a strong background in customer support and content strategy. They also have experience in social media management and production management from their time with the Broadway Theatre Project and Brown Box Theatre Project, respectively. Michelle holds a Master of Science in Technology Leadership from Brown University and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Stage & Production Management from Emerson College.
