Mike J. is a seasoned data professional with extensive experience in data engineering and management. Currently serving as a Senior Data Engineer at Toast since June 2022, Mike previously held roles as a Data Engineer at LMI and Founder/Owner of a successful taproom and restaurant, where operations achieved profitability within a year in a competitive market. Earlier career highlights include positions at Fast Enterprises, LLC, where Mike contributed significantly as a Technical Team Member and Implementation Consultant, focusing on database performance and government modernization projects. Additionally, Mike gained foundational skills through internships at MetLife and the American Chamber of Commerce in Korea, along with involvement as a Student Ambassador at the USA Pavilion during the Yeosu Expo 2012.
