Pechluck Laskey

Pechluck Laskey is a Principal Hardware UX Researcher at Toast since May 2023, leading hardware product research to enhance the restaurant hardware ecosystem and collaborating with hardware leadership in various disciplines to mitigate risks and optimize product roadmap strategies. Previously, Pechluck held multiple roles at Intel Corporation from June 2015 to April 2023, including Senior User Experience Architect and Human Factors Engineer, focusing on improving Developer Experience for embedded technologies and defining user experiences for enterprise applications. Earlier experience includes a User Experience Engineer role at Tektronix and a User Experience Architect role at Allstate Insurance Company, both emphasizing the creation of intuitive user experiences and successful stakeholder engagement through research and prototyping. Pechluck holds a Master of Science in Human Computer Interaction from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago.
