Robin Patton

Robin Patton is the Head of Global Employee Relations at Toast. With a robust background in employee relations and employment law, Robin has held prominent roles at organizations such as The Coca-Cola Company, Nike, and MACY'S, INC. They began their career as a Judicial Law Clerk for Honorable Richard C. Erwin and have extensive experience conducting litigation defense work, workplace investigations, and providing legal advice. Robin holds a J.D. from Duke University School of Law and a B.A. in Government and International Relations from Mills College.
