Ruby Santin

Ruby Santin is an experienced Principal Product Designer at Toast, where Ruby has held multiple design roles since October 2021, contributing to empowering restaurants through innovative design solutions. Previously, Ruby served as a Product Designer at Participate, leading feature development and mentoring team members, while also facilitating remote design workshops. Ruby's background includes marketing and design management at Row New York, where Ruby successfully led website and branding initiatives. Ruby's early career involved UX/UI apprenticeship with Bloc, outreach coordination at the Tahoe Institute for Natural Science, and event management at the National Wildlife Federation. Ruby holds a double major Bachelor's Degree in Global Affairs and Psychology from George Mason University and has pursued further education in UX/UI Design and software engineering.
