Scott Sankar

Scott Sankar is a restaurant professional with extensive experience in operations and restaurant technology. They began their career at P.F. Chang's China Bistro, where they held multiple roles from 2005 to 2008, including Server and Manager. Scott later served as General Manager at Ristorante LIDI in 2014 and as an Operating Partner at P.F. Chang's China Bistro Inc. until 2019.
