Sky Howard

Sky Howard is a Senior Program Manager for Customer Experience Operations at Toast, where they drive the planning and governance of the customer experience strategy. They have previously held various roles, including Program Manager at Microsoft and Account Manager at Accenture. Sky holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, where they studied from 2014 to 2018.
