Stephen Pearson

Stephen Pearson is an accomplished Engineering Manager at Toast, where they oversee software engineering initiatives. Previously, they served as Director of Engineering at Rock Garden, managing development teams and contributing to strategic planning. Stephen has held various roles at CHG Healthcare and Vivint Smart Home, where they developed and implemented automation features, led engineering teams, and improved project management systems. They began their career with internships at Dugway Proving Grounds and ATK, and earned a B.S. in Computer Science from Utah State University.
