Tim O’Brien

Tim O’Brien is a seasoned design leader currently serving as the New Ventures Lead at Toast, where they drive innovative projects and strategies. Previously, they held the title of Director of Product Design at Drift and led the design function at LogMeIn, where they significantly enhanced product design processes and team collaborations across diverse product groups. Tim co-founded Chaotic Great and Daisy, developing platforms for design innovation and content management. They earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Boston College, which laid the foundation for their analytical approach to design and user experience.
