Samaria Hunter

Samaria Hunter, MBA, PMP, currently holds the position of Franchise Owner at Toastique Chesapeake and Toastique, both since November 2023. Additionally, Samaria has served as President at WINKS - With INtentional Kindness and Support since November 2018, focusing on improving the lives of brain tumor patients and their caregivers. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Newport News Shipbuilding from October 2011 to March 2019 and serving as a Naval Officer in the US Navy from 1986 to 2011. Samaria holds a Master of Business Administration from William & Mary, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering from Old Dominion University, a Master’s Degree in Computer Management/Information Assurance from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and a Master’s Degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College.
