The mission of a Toastmasters Club is to provide a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every individual member has the opportunity to develop oral communication and leadership skills, which in turn foster self-confidence and personal growth.

Toastmasters communication and leadership training teaches employees how to:
• Conduct effective meetings
• Practice time management
• Enhance their listening skills
• Sharpen their presentation skills
• Boost team collaboration
• Guide successful teams

This is a self-paced program where employees will work together to foster growth and expand your pool of qualified leaders. This program can easily accompany any employee development programs you may currently be using. In fact, nearly one-third of all Fortune 500 companies sponsor clubs to help their employees become better communicators and leaders. Apple, Bank of America, The Coca-Cola Company and other industry leaders offer Toastmasters communication and leadership development on site. They provide this invaluable benefit because it’s easy, cost-effective, efficient and it works!
