Tobago Srl is an entrepreneurial holding company focused on building and scaling industrial platforms across the renewable energy value chain.
The company identifies structural opportunities emerging from the global energy transition and transforms them into specialised businesses capable of developing, financing and managing energy infrastructure.
Through a platform-building approach, Tobago originates new ventures, brings together experienced partners and develops companies designed to operate at scale in strategic segments of the renewable energy market.
Today the group operates through four dedicated platforms:
• Gaya Solar Srl, focused on the development of photovoltaic and agrivoltaic projects
• Gaya Capital Srl, an independent financial boutique specialised in M&A advisory and debt structuring for renewable energy assets
• Dorasun Srl, developer of utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
• Reunion Srl, an investment company holding photovoltaic assets operating under incentive schemes or merchant market structures
By combining entrepreneurial vision, industrial expertise and financial structuring capabilities, Tobago creates strong synergies across its platforms and supports the development of high-quality renewable energy projects.
The group’s ambition is to build scalable energy platforms capable of attracting capital, executing complex infrastructure projects and contributing meaningfully to the transformation of the energy system.
