ToBeOut is building the AI-powered operating system for the hospitality industry (HoReCa) — starting with our AI Hostess for 24/7 bookings. We help restaurants and venues take back control over their data, cut dependency on commission-based platforms, and grow through smart, data-driven operations.

Our platform integrates bookings, customer insights, and operational tools into one commission-free digital HQ. For restaurants, this means better demand forecasting, smarter staffing, and increased repeat business. For cultural venues and event organizers, it unlocks new channels for ticket sales, audience engagement, and upselling.

We are starting with the restaurant market in CIS, Serbia, and Hungary, piloting our prototype with the first venue and preparing a capital-efficient, partner-driven rollout to onboard 250+ restaurants in the next phase. Our model is designed to scale across regions and verticals, including events, tourism, and cultural institutions.
