Anders Wirkestrand

Anders Wirkestrand has over 25 years of experience in product management and engineering roles. Anders began their career at Ericsson, where they worked as a research engineer and later as a software project manager for ADSL access systems. In 1999, they joined Xelerated, a semiconductor company, as a director of product management, where they focused on network processors and embedded applications. Xelerated was eventually acquired by Marvell Semiconductors. In 2011, Anders joined Infinera as a product line manager, where they managed the XTM-Series Metro Optical Transport products. During their time at Infinera, the company acquired Transmode. Since 2017, Anders has been working at Tobii AB as a director of product management, specializing in computer-vision systems and deep-learning AI technologies for automotive driver monitoring systems.

Anders Wirkestrand obtained a Master of Science degree in Physics and Electrical Engineering from Linköping Institute of Technology from 1989 to 1995. In parallel, they also completed a Master's degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics at Linköping University during the same period.
