Johan Bouvin

Johan Bouvin is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales and product development, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Sales Business Development at Tobii since 2004. In this role, Johan drives strategic sales initiatives aimed at Tier 1 XR manufacturers and leads a global team to establish partnerships within the XR ecosystem. Previous positions at Tobii include Director of Product for XR software and ecosystem, where Johan oversaw the creation and go-to-market strategies, and Director of Product for the OEM business unit, managing the lifecycle of eye tracking products. Additionally, Johan played a pivotal role as Global Head of People, developing corporate HR strategies during a period of rapid growth. Early career experiences include a role as Consultant at Bain & Company, focusing on commercial due diligence and marketing strategies. Johan holds a Master's degree in Engineering Physics from KTH Royal Institute of Technology and is also a member of the board at Favro.
