Matthew B.

Matthew B. is the Founder and CEO of TOC-23, a role they have held since 2025. Previously, they served as Vice President of Investments at Fidelity Investments from 2009 to 2018, and as Managing Director at TortoiseEcofin from 2018 to 2020. Matthew also has experience in the US Army, where they were a Captain in Infantry from 2002 to 2007. Additionally, they were a Senior Associate Brand Manager at Kraft Foods Group from 2007 to 2009 and are currently a Founder and Advisor at Bramalea Partners. Matthew earned a BS in Economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2002.
