Ken Brown

Ken Brown's work experience spans over several years and various roles in the gaming industry. Ken is currently working as a Senior Technical Artist II at Toca Boca since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Chief Rebel as a 3D & Technical Artist from January 2021 to November 2022. Ken also served as a Senior Technical Artist at Epic Games from November 2018 to November 2020. Ken Brown held the position of Technical Art Director at SEED (Electronic Arts) from February 2016 to October 2018, where they led the VR group within SEED. Before that, they worked as a Technical Art Director and Senior Level Artist at DICE (EA Digital Illusions CE AB) from September 2013 to February 2016 and from May 2012 to September 2013, respectively. Ken Brown's career began at Insomniac Games, where they worked as an Environment Artist from December 2007 to April 2012. Ken also worked as a contractor Environment Artist at Luxoflux from July 2007 to November 2007. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Environment Artist/Worldbuilder and Tech-Art/Environment Artist at Turbine from July 2006 to June 2007 and from July 2004 to July 2006, respectively.

Ken Brown attended Elyria Catholic from 1996 to 2000. However, they did not receive a degree or study a specific field during their time there. From 2000 to 2004, they studied at the Rhode Island School of Design, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Film, Animation, and Video (FAV). Additionally, Ken obtained a Level I certification from Pragmatic Institute in September 2020 and achieved Expert-level proficiency in the English language through the Duolingo Proficiency Exam in November 2014.
