James Waters is a serial entrepreneur and exited co-founder of Performance Matters, where they successfully scaled a high-impact TechEd company before exiting in 2017. Currently, James serves on the College of Business Advisory Council at UWF Lewis Bear Jr. College of Business and holds positions as a member of PEF Community and a board observer for Tocaro Blue. Passionate about mentoring early-stage founders, James contributes to the SCI Venture Mentoring Service and focuses on strategic investments in innovative ideas related to AI, TechEd, and sustainability. Beyond their professional endeavors, James is dedicated to family, travel, volunteering, and exploring opportunities to collaborate with innovators.
