Joyce Barnes

Joyce Barnes has a diverse range of work experience in various industries. Joyce started their career as an Analyst at Merrill Lynch's Media & Telecom Group in 1997 and worked there until 1999. Following that, they joined Spectrum Equity Investors as an Associate from 1999 to 2002. In 2003, Joyce worked as an Assistant Beauty Manager (internship) at Tocca. Joyce then joined Tiffany & Co. as a Manager in the Watches, Concepts & Picasso department in 2004 for a year. In 2005, Joyce became a Board of Directors member at StreetWise Partners, Inc. and also took on the role of VP of Operations at TOCCA. Joyce eventually became the Chief Operating Officer of TOCCA in 2012, where they were responsible for developing partnerships and overseeing operations, production, logistics, and finance.

Joyce Barnes completed their A.B. in Economics at Princeton University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Later, they pursued their MBA at Harvard Business School from 2002 to 2004.
