Maria Gutierrez

Maria Gutierrez has over 10 years of work experience in the design and visual merchandising field. Maria currently works as the Design Director at TOCCA since October 2017. Previously, they worked as an Independent Consultant at Maferdesigns LLC starting from June 2007. Maria also served as a Visual Merchandising Senior Designer at ANN INC. from October 2015 to May 2016. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Art Director/Senior Graphic Designer at Bolds Creative from March 2011 to May 2015, where they managed various design projects for domestic and global retail markets. Maria also worked as a Graphic Designer at Kiehl's Since 1851 from April 2009 to March 2011, where they were responsible for website design, store campaigns, and merchandising. Maria started their career as a Graphic Designer at Ronin Advertising Group, where they managed design projects and provided assistance to the Art Director from 2005 to 2007.

Maria Gutierrez completed their Associate's Degree in Graphic Design Technology at Miami Dade College from 2001 to 2003. From 2004 to 2006, they attended The Art Institutes, where they earned their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Graphic Design. In 2015 to 2016, Maria enrolled in General Assembly to study User Experience Design, although no degree was mentioned for this program.
