Akmal

Akmal has always had a passion for art and design. After completing their studies in graphic design, they started their career as a Junior Graphic Designer with Fairuz Ramdan Designs. Akmal quickly proved himself to be a valuable asset to the team and was promoted to Graphic Designer after just six months.

In July 2018, Akmal joined Comic Con Malaysia as their Graphic Designer. Akmal was responsible for creating all the promotional materials for the comic conventions they organised. Their work was well-received by the fans and they soon became one of the most popular designers in the country.

In February 2019, Akmal left Comic Con Malaysia to join EPlus Global as their 2D Junior Graphic Designer. Akmal worked on a variety of projects during their time with the company, including designing website pages, illustrations, and email blasts.

After a year with EPlus Global, Akmal joined Effective Advisory as their Graphic Designer in August 2020. Akmal was responsible for creating graphics for The Good Stuff’s social media platforms, website, and marketing campaigns. Akmal also had the opportunity to shoot product photos and create bespoke designs for clients.

Akmal is currently working as the Graphic Designer for Todak Academy. Akmal is responsible for creating all the visuals for Todak’s social media platforms, website, and marketing campaigns.

Akmal attended Kolej Poly-Tech MARA Batu Pahat, where they studied computer graphics and obtained a diploma. Akmal then went on to study at SMK Selayang Baru.

Akmal reports to Vacant, Head (Content Creation). Akmal works with Awatif - Graphic Designer (Todak Digitech), Labok - Videographer (Todak Culture), and Muhammad Fathullah Hakim - Graphic Designer (Todak Studios).
