Sarah

Sarah has been working in the HRIS & Analytics field for Executive positions since September 2019. Prior to that, they were a Textbook Department Manager at Barnes & Noble College from September 2015 to September 2019. Before that, they were a Store Manager at Stage Stores from June 2013 to September 2015, where they were responsible for sales, customer service, hiring, training, staff evaluations, and supervising store personnel. Sarah was able to motivate employees to increase selling related to the store’s Club 55 program, store credit cards, and magazine sales. Sarah also encouraged excellence in customer service and was responsible for floor set ups, setting sales, and visual merchandising.

Sarah earned a Bachelor's degree in Retail Merchandising and Fashion Product Development from Ohio University.
