Jerry C.

Jerry C. has a diverse work experience in the technology sector. Jerry started their career at Kobalt Music in 2015 as an IT Support Engineer, where they provided technical support and troubleshooting. In 2018, they joined Medtronic Digital Surgery as a Tech Ops Engineer, responsible for managing and maintaining various systems and supporting staff. Jerry later took on the role of Tech Ops Lead, overseeing the migration to a hybrid cloud infrastructure and optimizing costs. In 2022, they became a Principal System Administrator, focused on supporting Linux systems on AWS cloud and implementing monitoring systems. Currently, Jerry works as a Senior Devops Engineer at TodayTix Group (TTG), leveraging their expertise in DevOps practices and technologies.

Jerry C. attended Middlesex University from 2008 to 2012 and obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained certifications in Python3 from QA Ltd in January 2022 and in CompTIA A+ from CompTIA in November 2018.
