Mark Flowers

Mark Flowers is an experienced professional specializing in product and quality management with a strong focus on lean principles and continuous improvement. Currently serving as Product & Quality Manager at TODCO since September 2021, Mark has previously held several roles within the company, including Quality and Lean Manager and Senior Quality and Lean Engineer. Prior to TODCO, Mark worked at Andersen Corporation as AMS/Lean Specialist and at Silver Line Windows in various managerial positions, leading numerous Kaizen events and achieving significant efficiency improvements and cost savings. Mark's career also includes roles in production supervision and quality assurance, showcasing a comprehensive background in manufacturing and operational leadership. Mark holds two associate degrees in Applied Manufacturing Engineering and Applied Business Management Technology from Marion Technical College.
