Chris Banks

Chris Banks is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in senior roles. Currently serving as Group Company Secretary at Todd Corporation since February 2013, Chris provides finance support and manages payroll. Prior to this position, Chris was the Group Financial Controller and Accounting Services Manager at The Todd Corporation Ltd, overseeing group management, statutory accounts, and compliance for various subsidiaries. Chris began the career at PwC as a Graduate, subsequently working as an Accountant at Hercus King & Co and as a Supervising Senior at KPMG, where strategic advice and financial statement preparation were pivotal responsibilities. Chris holds a Bachelor of Management in Accounting and Economics and a Bachelor of Management Studies, both from The University of Waikato.
