Corinna Chin

Corinna Chin currently serves as the Group Manager of Learning & Organisational Development at Todd Corporation, overseeing strategic initiatives for approximately 750 staff members across various subsidiaries, including Nova Energy and the Todd Foundation. With a strong background in organisational development and learning, Corinna was previously the Learning & Organisational Development Manager at Nova Energy, where responsibilities expanded to include broader OD initiatives. Corinna's experience spans multiple educational and organizational roles, including Project Manager at ICL Graduate Business School, Academic Manager at ICL Graduate Business School, and Programme Leader for the CTH Professional Tourism Programme at GSM London. Corinna holds various educational qualifications, including a Master's degree in International Tourism Management and an accelerated coaching certificate. Additionally, Corinna has board experience in academic advisory roles and has engaged in curriculum development and quality assurance processes throughout the educational sector.
