David Flacks

David Flacks is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in governance and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chair of Angel Association New Zealand and Suncorp New Zealand, Flacks has also held directorial positions at Flacks & Wong, AFT Pharmaceuticals, Project Janszoon Trust Company Limited, and Zero Invasive Predators Limited since 2015. Previous leadership includes Chair roles at Harmoney and Upside Biotechnologies Limited, along with serving as Chair of the NZX Regulatory Governance Committee. Flacks's academic credentials include a BA and MA in Law from St Johns College, Cambridge University.
