Vocational education trains the people who build this country.
And still, nobody talks about it the way it deserves.

TodoFP.com exists to change that.

We're the meeting point for vocational education and training in Spain — what we call Formación Profesional, or FP. We connect classrooms with the reality of the labour market. And we help the people inside the system leave behind inertia, red tape and management models from another era.

Every player in vocational education has a concrete answer here:

FOR TRAINING CENTRES
If you run a centre, we help you professionalise how it's managed with the EFQM 2025 Model. Pragmatically: certify to improve, not to gather dust.

FOR COMPANIES
If your business runs on technical profiles, we support your HR operations: finding, developing and keeping the vocationally trained people your company depends on.

FOR TEACHERS
If you teach and feel your work goes unseen, we connect you with centres where you can grow. A mobility job board, mentoring and resources to diversify your income.

FOR GRADUATES
You have the qualification, but nobody finds you. We close that gap: career guidance, certified soft skills and access to a job network that values initiative.

FOR ENTREPRENEURS
If you started your own business after finishing your training and want it to grow, we bring you marketing, digital, strategy and HR.

OUR PURPOSE
A circle that keeps itself turning: better prepared professionals, companies with the right talent, sustainable centres and teachers who are recognised.

Follow us to see vocational education told the way it deserves.
