Roberta Caserta is a skilled metal hardware designer and developer with extensive experience in product design, digital transformation, and agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Senior Metal Hardware Designer and Developer at TOD'S since June 2018, Roberta has also held roles as a Digital Ambassador, facilitating digital support and transformations. Previous positions include freelance product designer, designer at Eiti Hardware Srl, and product designer-3D assistant at SAVIO INTERIORS srl. Roberta has contributed to various educational initiatives, including teaching manual generative modeling to children. An accomplished academic, Roberta holds a Master's degree in Executive Project Management and completed multiple courses in project management, digital skills, and assertive communication from respected institutions. Roberta's educational background includes a degree in Industrial Design from the Università degli Studi di Firenze and a diploma in industrial and product design from Istituto Statale D'arte A. Frangipane Reggio Calabria.
