John Nellen is the CEO and founder of Todyl. John has over fifteen years of experience in the tech industry and has held various leadership positions during their career.
Nellen started their career as a project specialist at Eaton Vance where they rolled out a department wide time tracking and management tool. John then moved to TXT160 where they were the co-founder and CTO for two years. In 2008, they joined Cisco Systems as a CALO engineer. John assisted Cisco customer support engineers worldwide in solving issues and designed, organized, and implemented a wiki for information sharing of lab procedures and operations. John then became the senior director of engineering and technology and head of information security at Next Jump in 2009 where they worked for eight years.
Nellen has always been passionate about technology and its potential to change people's lives. In 2017, they decided to start their own company, Todyl. Todyl is a security focused company that provides solutions for businesses to keep their data safe. Nellen is dedicated to making Todyl the leading provider of security solutions and services.
John Nellen graduated from Northeastern University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance & MIS.
