Raf De Backer is a seasoned professional in data engineering and business intelligence, currently serving as Managing Partner at togaether since September 2022. Previously, Raf held the position of Head of Data Engineering at Algorhythm from March 2021 to September 2022, overseeing the unit's direction and coordination with a focus on various cloud platforms and consultancy services. Prior experience includes coordinating the Data Engineering Unit at XploData, where responsibilities encompassed coaching, training, and strategy, as well as roles as a DWH/ETL Consultant and Business Intelligence Consultant at multiple organizations. Raf began the career as a Support OLAP at Janssen Pharmaceutica and holds a Bachelor's degree in ICT and Telecommunications from Katholieke Hogeschool Kempen.
