Татьяна Мельникова

Татьяна Мельникова has over 15 years of leadership experience in HR within federal retail and B2B sectors, as well as in medium-sized service companies, predominantly in Russia. They served as HR Director at ILE DE BEAUTE from 2012 to 2016, followed by roles as HR Team Lead in various projects from 2016 to 2018, and HR Director at FDLAB Group from 2006 to 2008. Currently, Татьяна leads the HR department at TOGAS GROUP. They hold a degree in Civil Law from Московская Государственная Академия Водного Транспорта and a Master's in Human Resources Management from the Академия Народного Хозяйства при Правительстве Российской Федерации.
