Jon Knight

Jon Knight is the Chief Executive of The Together Initiative, leading an organisation that works to foster kinder and more closely connected communities across the UK. Their career includes leadership and governance roles in charities and entertainment, including Head of Lifesaving & Fundraising for the RNLI and Volunteering & Young People Director for St John Ambulance. They have contributed to boards and governance as Chairperson of Healthwatch Newcastle (2021–2022), Board Member at South Tyneside Homes (2022–2024), and Trustee at Just Fair UK (2017–2021). They hold a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck (2018) and completed secondary education at Ashington High School (2002–2006).
