Ryan Ramirez

Ryan Ramirez has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Ryan began their career in 1994 as a Composer and Sound Designer at Frontline Productions. Ryan later transitioned to become a Compositor and Video Editor, showcasing their versatile skills in the audiovisual field.

In 1997, Ryan co-founded Secret Weapon, Inc., an art and animation production house for the gaming industry. As the President and Producer, they collaborated with major companies such as EA, Sony, and Second Life, producing and editing cinematics and in-game art.

Ryan then joined Global VR in 2003, holding positions such as Audio/Video Production Director and Producer. In these roles, they contributed to the development of virtual reality projects and managed various aspects of audio and video production.

In 2007, Ryan joined CreateSpace as the Manager of Enterprise Accounts, overseeing client relationships and ensuring the smooth operation of accounts. Ryan'sattention to detail and organizational skills contributed to the success of the company.

Ryan continued their career at Amazon.com in 2008 as a Project Manager, managing and coordinating projects to meet business objectives.

From 2012 to 2017, Ryan worked at Together Labs as a Product Manager, leading the team responsible for developing IMVU's internal and customer-facing 3D tools. Ryan'swork included building a cross-platform 3D graphics engine, developing server-side rendering for mobile deployment, and creating an API for Unity.

In 2017, Ryan joined Ampersand as a Product Manager, overseeing product development and strategy. More recently, they returned to Together Labs in 2018, this time as the Director of Product Management.

Throughout their career, Ryan has consistently demonstrated their passion for innovation and expertise in various roles within the technology and gaming industries.

Ryan Ramirez attended San Jose State University from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Music degree in Electro/Acoustic Music Composition. In addition to their degree, Ryan also obtained a certification as a Private Aircraft Pilot ASEL from the Federal Aviation Administration in April 2012.
