Dilal Ranasinghe

Dilal Ranasinghe serves as the Global Head of Executive Hiring for bp, overseeing the recruitment of top leaders across multiple regions, including the United States, South America, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific. With a strong emphasis on diversity, Dilal has achieved significant success in attracting executive talent from various industries beyond Oil & Gas. Concurrently, Dilal holds a position as a Board Trustee on the HR & OD Committee at Together Trust, contributing to initiatives that aim to improve community value for individuals. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Korn Ferry, where Dilal led business growth and client relations across Asia and served on the APAC leadership team. As a co-founder of Nutrition Nation, Dilal also promoted health and nutrition education. Educational credentials include a degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations from the University of Kent and certification as a Holistic Nutritionist from The School of Natural Health Sciences.
