TogetherAustin connects Central Texans to resources by reducing barriers, expanding access, and filling gaps in service.

Through VaxTogetherAustin, our COVID-19 health equity project, we bring accessible COVID-19 vaccination clinics directly into underserved and unserved communities in Austin and surrounding areas.

Our work is supported by a Vaccine Equity grant from Austin Community Foundation, St. David’s Foundation, and United Way for Greater Austin, and made possible through our partnerships with school districts, community organizations, and pharmacies.
