Ashley Sullivan is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in strategic roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Marketing Manager at Togetherwork since May 2024, Ashley previously held the position of Director of Client Strategy at RedRover Sales & Marketing Strategy, where leadership of the Growth Optimization team involved data-driven research and strategy development to enhance client marketing performance. Prior to this, Ashley spent a decade at Dufresne Spencer Group, LLC, advancing from Marketing Manager to Director of Marketing, overseeing multi-channel campaigns for Ashley HomeStore locations and managing significant marketing budgets. Early career roles included various positions in marketing and media buying at Worldwide101 and Varsity Spirit, Inc. Ashley holds a BBA in Business Management from the University of Memphis.
