Carter Adkinson

Carter Adkinson serves as the Chief Revenue Officer at Togetherwork since July 2025, overseeing a revenue organization of 120 professionals in a $250M group engagement software firm. Prior to this role, Carter was the Chief Sales Officer at Ensora Health, leading the sales strategy for a healthcare technology partner focused on mental and behavioral therapy solutions from October 2023 to July 2025. Carter also held the position of EVP for Business Solutions and Sales at Inovalon, where the largest business unit generated $86M in annual revenue. Earlier experience includes serving as SVP of Sales at Relias Learning, managing a 130-member sales team, and various roles at IBM, culminating in Global VP of Sales for IBM Analytics. Carter holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Virginia Tech.
