Currently serving as Vice President and General Counsel at Togetherwork since 2022, Damon oversees all legal affairs for a company that provides integrated software and financial solutions globally. As a board member of Canterbury Park, Damon contributes to corporate governance and compensation strategies. Previously, Damon held leadership roles as Interim General Counsel at KASA Holdings, Chief Legal Officer at Waitr, and Senior Vice President at ShopHQ, among others, demonstrating a strong track record in corporate transactions, M&A, compliance, and legal oversight in high-growth environments.
