David Kuhl

David Kuhl is an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer, currently leading HR initiatives at Togetherwork and Sonatype, where they focus on performance-based culture and value creation. With prior roles as Managing Director at Vista Equity Partners and SVP at First Data Corporation, they have a proven track record in talent management, organizational health, and driving EBITDA growth. David also practiced law as a partner at Rider Bennett, LLP and served as in-house counsel at UnitedHealth Group, contributing significantly to global HR strategy and labor relations throughout their career. David holds a BA in Economics and a JD in Employment Law from the University of Minnesota.
